Swim season is almost here! Coach Jake Schroder of the Crow Canyon Sea Lions will help your swimmer with stroke technique to help them improve for the 2012 season! Jake has been coaching for eight years at the recreational and club levels in Santa Barbara up to Redding. Jake earned a swimming scholarship at the University of California at Santa Barbara and won two conference championships in the 100 breaststroke. He also qualified for the Olympic trials when he was 19!

Your swimmer will benefit from Coach Jake's experience with this One Hour lesson that includes 30 minutes in pool filmed and a 30 minutes video session reviewing the video and technique.
