This auction is for a Health Assessment and 5 Personal Training Sessions at the Memorial Hospital Health Center.
The winning bidder will receive a certificate redeemable for an assessment and 5 30-minute, One-on-One, Personal Training Sessions at MHUC's Health Center.
One-on-One training at the Health Center is a great way to jump start your personal exercise program in a safe and comfortable environment. Your customized training program includes cardiovascular training monitored by a personal trainer, weight lifting training, instruction, demonstration and constant feedback so the client understands and "feels" every aspect and application of each particular exercise. It also includes "homework" and personal account-ability to motivate you to get the most out of each training session and uses exercise to reach your specific goals (weight loss, musclegain, muscular strength, balance, and coordination).
All regular adult fitness rules and procedures apply, including stress test rules.

For the winning bidder: Upon the conclusion of the auction, the credit card you used to register for bidding will be charged for the winning bid amount. Item will be available for pick-up during normal business hours at theUnited Way office, located at232 N. Main Street inMarysville,Ohio. The winning bidder may choose to have the item shipped via U.S. Mail by indicating so via e-mail upon conclusion of the auction. The cost of shipping will be added to the credit card charge.
