The Fitness Cell houses an elite team of career trainers. We are college-educated health professionals with over half a century of combined health experience and education among the three founders. As previous managers, coaches, trainers and educators at upscale New York City fitness companies, we have collectively hired and trained hundreds of personal trainers. 

Today just about anyone can go online and become a "certified" personal trainer. With no governing body within the fitness industry, it is becoming increasingly more difficult to find quality experience within the training community. While we are nationally certified trainers, as experts within our field we take quality beyond mere acronyms. Along with our team of dedicated trainers, you will also have access to our network of health affiliates, including nutritionists and dieticians, gait and posture analysts, massage therapists and medical doctors.
