Integral Yoga offers more than 100 yoga classes each week at all levels, hundreds of workshops and courses each year, Kirtans and special events and a renowned and respected Teacher Training program. It is the perfect yoga for beginners as well as for advanced practitioners who appreciate authentic, traditional yoga with an emphasis on going inward to access one's peaceful true self.
