For the majority of their lives our Black Angus cattle graze on lush pasture land throughout the mid-west. Prior to processing each animal is feed a high quality corn-based feed ration that enhances meat tenderness and flavor. This grazing period produces the best marble and protein which enables us to provide the best steak in the world for most reasonable prices. Our beef is rich in fiber and protein, and all our cuts of beef are handpicked special for (aged.) Steakhouse. Our product is kept in special circulated room for over thirty days until the flavor is locked in. All of our Natural products come from animals raised in truly Natural manner.

Apart from having the finest quality of fish, cooked with a balance which maintains consistent high taste and nutrients, we even have a fresh Raw Bar where we serve seasonal Oysters and Clams. Our seafood is wild caught each day and delivered every morning.
