C.R.O.S.S.FIRE Commandos’ one hour, weekly sessions bring together physical and mental training to teach Commandos-in-training values such as obedience, honor, teamwork, and enthusiasm through experiential learning activities and athletic training. 

Athletic training includes physical conditioning and agility training, in the form of learning skills on the trampoline and double mini trampoline, in addition to tumbling skills.
