Pinehurst #2 fees do not include caddie fees. There is a $150 Cleaning Service fee due to DogDenGolf with this offering. This offer is valid for 18 months after date of purchase

- Selected items will be available for pick up at the specified Foundation Office no later than November 18, 2011;
- Some items will be available at donor locations as noted in the item description, and;
- If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges and insurance will apply and will be billed to your account.
