An adult membership is for ages 25 and older and features over 80 hours of lap swimming per week in our heated pool, unlimited attendance to group exercise clases including cycling, kick-boxing, step classes and more.  Nautilus and cardiovascular workout room with treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, stationary cycles, and more are available.  Climate controlled weight room, full size gymnasium, adult only locker rooms with steam and sauna, and aerobics/cycle studios are part of the membership.  Priority mail-in registration for all instructional programs.  Individual nutritional counseling with a registered dietician and optional fitness assessment with certified fitness specialists are available for a nominal fee.  New members only, no cash back-expires 12/31/2012
