A senior membership is for age 60 and older and features over 80 hours of lap swimming per week in our heated pool, unlimited attendance to group exercise classes including cycling, kick-boxing, step classes and more.  Nautilus and cardiovascular workout room with treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, stationary cycles and more are available. The Y has  a climate controlled weight room, full size gymnasium, adult only locker rooms with steam and sauna and an aerobic/cycle studio.  Priority mail-in registration for all instructional programs is available.  Individual nutritional counseling  with a registered dietician and optional fitness assessment with certified fitness specialists are available for a nominal fee.
