 The complex has two heated swimming pools, tennis court, classic shuffleboard courts, beach volleyball, High Speed Internet, a library and DVD library.  The two bedroom condo unit has a fully equipped kitchen, Cable Television, and WIFI availability.

 Casa Mar is minutes away from all of Sarasota’s recreational and cultural attractions.  … dine at fine restaurants of great cultural diversity in the area , or spend an evening at the theatre, symphony, ballet or opera.  … over 30 excellent public golf courses in the area. …spend the day fishing or boating on the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico.  From Casa Mar it is 150 minutes to the amusing world of Disney …a 60 minutes drive  to Tampa attractions (historic Ybor City, Tampa Bay Rays, Buccaneers, and Lightning sports events) … a little over one hour’s drive to Fort Myers.

Restrictions/ Instructions on Successful Bidder Use:  The successful bidder must be an adult of 21 years of age or older and must provide confirmation information to the condominium owners and to Lacey Realty, Inc., managers of Casa Mar.

 The condominium unit is available for one week (seven continuous days) within the general span of time beginning September 8, 2012 and ending December 1, 2012, with the exception of the period of from October 8 through October 29, 2012. Exact, actual dates of occupancy must be worked out with the condominium owners. 

 The stay covers condominium accommodation only.  The costs of transportation to and from the resort and all food, beverage and entertainment costs are the responsibility of the bidder.
