The card cannot be a) used to purchase other gift cards, b) redeemed for cash, or c) used as a payment or credit against any credic card balances. Lost, stolen or damaged cards may be cancelled and replaced with a new card in the amount of then remaining balance upon proof as may be required by Saks Fifth Avenue in its sole discretion.
