Ms. McGurk’s Kindergarten class kicked Spring off early by creating birdhouses for the auction.  Each child added his/her own thumbprint in a color of choice and then printed their name underneath.  The thumbprints were then turned into little birds.  There is one birdhouse for the early friends, and another for the late friends.  Each birdhouse comes with a bag of birdseed, as the birdhouses can either be used as a design element inside or outside of the home.
