Winning bidder will be required to sign the agreement to take over annual payments (currently $696.00) starting 2013.  Winner is to pay second half of Dues for 2012 season in the amount of $348 by July 31, 2012. When you decide to sell your membership, you will recover the initial membership fee of $650.00  In the event that more than one family desires to sell their membership, the Board shall maintain an Available Membership List, ordered by the date of notification to sell. If the selling member locates their own buyer, the membership shall be sold to said buyer.  As a member of the pool, each family is responsible for 4 hours of work obligation each year.
