PHMSA has served the cities of Pleasant Hill, Martinez and the surrounding communities for 30 years. Our greatest strength is our committed volunteers who are dedicated to the PHMSA mission of delivering a high quality youth soccer program based on AYSO's six core philosophies: Everyone Plays, Balanced Teams, Open Registration, Positive Coaching, Good Sportsmanship & Player Development.
Card for registration for one player for Fall 2012 season. As registration will have taken place, the winner will receive a refund of their registration fee.
