The Buena Vista Swim Club is a small, family-friendly neighborhood pool, where families can gather in the late spring and summer. Buena Vista has lifeguards on duty during peak summer hours, provides access to swim lessons, has a separate shallow pool for small children, and has activity areas for ping pong and foos ball. It is located at 197 Cortsen Road in Pleasant Hill. The Buena Vista Swim Club is a member owned private swim facility. Membership responsibilities require 4 gatekeeping hours, and 6 work hours during the year.

Winning bidder will be required to sign the agreement to take over annual payments starting with the 2nd payment for 2012. Membership fee is already prepaid, and the first half of the 2012 dues are already prepaid. Winner is to pay second half of dues for 2012 season in the amount of $300 by June 30, 2012, and then pay for subsequent annual dues (currently $600 annually). When you decide to sell your membership, you can either sell through Buena Vista Swim Club process, or find a seller yourself. When you sell, you will recover the initial membership fee of $600.00. Membership responsibilities require 4 gatekeeping hours, and 6 work hours during the year. Failure to fulfill membership work obligations will result in additional fees.
