There's something special about Wilbur, the new pig on the Arable farm, but only young daughter Fern can see it. That is until Wilbur meets Charlotte - a just-as-special spider. When Wilbur's fate starts looking bleak, clever web- spinning Charlotte devises a plan to save her curly-tailed companion - with a little help from their opinionated barnyard friends.
