This lined note pad is made by Pet Notes/ Porcelain by Rosalinde Inc.  It measures approx 8.25"H x 3.25"W and comes with a pencil.  There is a magnet on the back of the notepad, so that it can attach easily to your refrigerator.  Just the place to jot down the things you might otherwise forget!
