Our second graders have received their first holy communion this year and what better way to celebrate than with an heirloom quilt. Our talented second grade artists worked very hard on their individual symbolic pictures. They worked with grade pride and precision knowing that the end product would be something to cherish for years. They used a "Crayola technique," fusing the colored wax into the fabric and creating a 1stained glass effect for our quilt. It is 100% cotton & cotton flannel and made with tons of love.
