Based on the popular Mellita drip system, this set includes:  a Hario V60 Glass Dripper, a Hario V60 Clear Range Server, matching filters and two packages of small-batch roasted Roast coffee. ROAST Coffee Company is the result of the collaboration between Bacchus Management Group (Spruce, Cafe Des Amis, Mayfield, Pizza Antica, Village Pub) wine & spirits director, Andrew Green and local master roaster Alex Roberts; who came together in 2008 to establish ROAST Coffee Company in an effort to provide coffee lovers with unique and high quality artisanal brews. Specializing in small batch roasting techniques, all of their specialty grade coffee sourced is organic, shade grown, and fair trade whenever possible. Utilizing a vintage Probat roaster, they follow the time honored traditional methods of roasting each varietal individually on a weekly basis to ensure consistent quality and freshness.
