Stable Core Pilates in Oakland offers private one-on-one Pilates sessions, small
group equipment classes, and Pilates-based Physical Therapy. We are
dedicated to providing high quality, individualized instruction on the
Pilates equipment in a friendly studio environment. We give personal
attention to each client, recognizing that each individual has different
needs. It is our belief that those who practice Pilates with us will
