Description
Prepare your senses for a fully sustainable tour of local food production in our own Marin County. Your tour guide will take as many as 4 guests on a day-long adventure into the belly of some of our most delicious farmers, bakers, and cheese makers. Possible stops include the Hog Island Oyster Farm, the cheese works at Cowgirl Creamery, and the farm at Gospel Flats. After our investigation of sustainable food production, we will enjoy a delicious picnic on a choice beach. And to keep things green, the entire tour will progress in my Biowagon, a vintage diesel car running on locally-produced biofuel!!! Tour to take place on a mutually agreed upon beautiful weekend day in the month of May 2012.
