A partnership between the Bacchus Management Group (Spruce, Cafe Des Amis, Village Pub, Mayfield Bakery & Cafe, Pizza Antica) and Glenfarcas Distillery (est. 1865), The Bacchus Partners Reserve is a Highland single malt, single cask scotch whiskey.

Unlike other single malt scotches, which are blended together to produce a house style that can be repeated year after year, bottling just one cask allows them to find only the very best that a distillery has to offer. Bacchus Partners Reserve was bottled at cask strength from a second-fill sherry butt, which helps the scotch open up and makes the whiskey "rich, full-bodied, and assertive". This scotch has a long, sweet sherry finish with honey and heather notes that are typical of the Speyside region.
