Enjoy a custom four-course meal in the comfort of your own home prepared by Chef Mark Sullivan. You might recognize him from the cover of Food & Wine as one of "America's Best New Chefs" of 2002, or more recently for his recognition as chef at Spruce in Esquire magazine's 2008 "Best New Restaurants" issue. Mt. Beautiful Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir will accompany your dinner.


Sullivan is a Chef/Partner at Bacchus Management - owners of Spruce, The Village Pub, Cafe Des Amis and Mayfield Bakery & Café.   His elegant yet approachable food has made his restaurants both a favorite of locals and a destination restaurant for out-of-towners. The Village Pub has been awarded a Michelin Star for four consecutive years and Spruce for the past two years.


But first, you'll get your evening off to a rousing start with custom cocktails designed and mixed especially for you by Brandon Clements, Spruce's award-winning bar manager. Brandon recently placed 3rd at the United States Bartenders Guild Bartender Summit in Las Vegas and was featured in the December issue of GQ for his creativity in creating signature drinks and cocktails.
