Yoga is great way to relax the mind and body. Each Monday – Wednesday – Friday Susan Atkinson of Susan’s Salon runs an adult yoga class at the Boys & Girls Club. She has donated a 1 month to “Bid 4 Kids”. Classes will help with strength, flexibility and breathing. Classes begin at 7:00 am or 8:15 am and last for one hour. No advanced sign up is necessary. These classes are for all ability levels. The Boys & Girls Club is located at 2750 Main Ave. right next to the Durango Rec center.
