Tasting Notes -
"Silver Oak aims to make a velvety style Cabernet that is very drinkable upon release. The wines possess an intense vanilla, smoky, toasty nose intermixed with kirsch liqueur and currant fruit. They are sweet, dense, and have an opaque ruby/purple color. They are beautifully elegant with a medium ruby-red color and a nose of cassis, iris blossom, vanilla and allspice. They are seamless on the tongue and have a fruity attack, elegant mid-palate with a long finish of fruit and herbs. Properly cellared, these wines will continue to improve through 2020."
