Description
One Month membership to Newport Athletic Club and Three one half hour personal training sessions with Christine Higgins, Certified Personal trainer.
A General Membership includes unlimited use of the Fitness Center, group exercise classes (including Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, Weights, Water Aerobics, Zumba etc.), indoor/outdoor pool, racquetball, nursery, basketball, volleyball, cardio equipment, free weight room, and more!

Specialty: Race Training, Running/Biking and Cardio/Strength training workouts
Schedule: Christine's Training sessions can be booked Weekdays 8:30am–2:30pm. Evenings and weekends are possbile if needed.
