He will consult with you in advance and develop a menu specifically for your dinner party and will provide you with a shopping list of ingredients needed.  (cost of groceries NOT included in auction price). 

He specializes in Fine Mediteranean Cuisine and is  fantastic at coming up with amazing menu ideas. 

The day of the event, he will come to your home before dinner service to prep, set up, cook, and serve the food too.
