Our very own William Chang has offered to open up his own home to teach you how to make a traditional Lasagna Bolognese.  You will make pasta, knead and roll the pasta out, make a Bolognese sauce and a Béchamel sauce, and assemble a lasagna. Everyone will participate and take home their own assembled lasagna to share with their family. He can also teach how to make a vegetarian version if anyone expresses interest.
