Regular Exercise is an innovative personal training studio. Our focus is on real-world health and fitness that keeps people active and moving on a daily basis, also known as functional exercise. Our studio is shared by independent instructors who are qualified, nationally certified, and experienced in a wide range of exercise methods.  Regular Exercise is located at the corner of Clement and 16th.
