Jeffrey Stein has been coloring hair in Manhattan for over 30 years. His first salon before moving to Madison Avenue was on the Upper West Side. While he worked on the East Side, he always remembered that the people on the UWS and UES needed hair care services with Madison Avenue style but without the Madison Avenue price tag. Fifteen years ago, he opened the first Jeffrey Stein Salon and has since opened up a total of six. The salons provide excellent hair care services for incredibly reasonable prices in a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
In addition to the salons, Jeffrey's new creation is FRINGE, a hybrid hair salon which focuses on providing excellent hair care services, premium products and cutting edge fashion accessories. What sets Fringe apart is the fact that all or your purchases of jewelry, hair care, bags, spa essentials & any other purchase from or retail area go towards free hair services. When you leave Fringe you not only do so with amazing hair but with great products or with a beautiful piece of hand made jewelry.
