Enjoy wonderful Italian wines to complement the cuisine.  See cheese making demonstrations, and then learn by doing.  Make your own fresh mozzarella and burrata cheese.  Enjoy the fruits of your labor on fresh salads and piping hot pizza we will all make together. Take home any cheese you don’t consume.
