Description
The Moveable Feast, a roving supper club featuring chefs Kristine Kittrell and Gina Burchenal will conduct a class on how to utilize the whole chicken from the beak to talon. Class will include how to make the perfect stock and pate along with brining and roasting techniques. Dinner will follow class and incorporate seasonal, local farm flavors.
