Over a dozen of Austin's finest chefs participate, pulling out all culinary stops with desserts, appetizers and holiday samplings. With live holiday music, an outstanding silent auction and set in the historic Driskill hotel ballroom dressed in its holiday splendor, Big Reds & Bubbles is an extraordinary evening. Proceeds from Big Reds & Bubbles benefit The Wine & Food Foundation of Texas, a statewide charitable Foundation that supports education and excellence in the culinary and viticulture arts.
