Calling all bread lovers-- star baker David Norman (who formerly worked as head bread baker at Bouley Bakery and Danube in New York City) and the talented team behind 24 Diner open Easy Tiger (709 East Sixth Street) this month. Easy Tiger will feature artisan bread (including baguettes, croissants, pretzels) and locally roasted coffee, housemade sausages and more than 30 local and boutique draft beers. The lucky winner of this item will enjoy one crackly loaf of fresh artisan bread per week, for a full year!!! The bread will need to be picked up at Easy Tiger, but the winner will have the option to save up weeks for, say, a dinner party or the holidays and pick up four loaves at once (they'll provide a punch card for keeping track).
