This is a rare and complicated form of Printmaking. Chine’ Colle’ translates to “Chinese Paper Collage Block Print”. The image was created by using colored rice paper shapes as the blocks of color with a wood carved image hand-printed over it (black block print), much like a stained-glass window is created. Local Artist and RHLS parent Paige Oden created this image after studying religious fine art in Florence, Italy. This is a very limited edition handmade print. Beautifully framed in a gold leaf frame. Outer frame dimensions are 21 inches by 27 inches.
