At Chattanooga Cupcakes our focus is on two main issues: product quality and customer service. Everything else is secondary to those considerations.
To ensure product quality all our cupcakes must be made fresh each day and from scratch. One of our standards is that the cupcake must taste good to us without any icing on it. If a cupcake does not pass this test, it doesn't make it into our display case (there have been a few that failed this test). While our cupcakes do taste good even after several days, we make them fresh each day to ensure the highest and freshest quality.
