Our locally owned business caters to all of Chattanooga's cycling needs with the absolute best customer service. The Trek Store was established in 2008 by Tyler & Lacy Klein. Tyler got his first job in a bike shop when he was 15 years old. He went on to work for Trek Bicycle's home office in Waterloo, WI for 10 years. During his time at Trek he worked to develop the companies retail best-practices. He worked as a consultant helping independent retailers open 20 international Trek concept stores and 60 of the stores in the United States. While traveling the world Tyler learned that his entreprenuerial spirit and commitment to customer service were driving him to open a store which he could call his own. That's when Tyler and Lacy decided to move their family to Chattanooga and open the Trek Bicycle Store of Chattanooga. Tyler's commitment to service and excellence resulted in the store being selected as a top 100 bicycle dealer nationwide in 2009.
