Alice Setrini (Domingo and Amalia's mom) will prepare 3 dozen delicious, homemade Paraguayan-style empanadas. They are traditionally filled with beef and hard boiled eggs but Alice can fill them with chicken, fish, or vegetables. The outside is a pastry made with eggs and flour. They're perfect as appetizers or a light dinner.
