Make your own sourdough bread!  This is how bread was made before commercial yeast was available.  This package includes a fresh-baked loaf of sourdough bread and a sourdough starter.  Also included is the book, "Local Breads: Sourdough and Whole-Grain Recipes from Europe's Best Artisan Bakers," which has great recipes and instructions on how to create your own sourdough starter from scratch.  Pick-up or delivery can be coordinated after auction closes.
