O.K., so what is a chimney cake?  It is a delicious dough made from scratch, hand rolled onto a wooden pin, coated with sugar and baked in a special oven then rolled into different toppings (chocolate, walnuts, coconut, cinnamon and more).

Chimney Cake Island is a small family business owned by Mara and Alex. In early 2010 we decided to open a small bakery to make the traditional Transylvanian sweets, Chimney Cakes. On December 21, 2010 we finally opened our store.
