Fun Fancy Nancy girl's dress size 4.  Shoulder seam to hem is 21" and the hips measure 20".  The top is stretchy with sequins and the bottom is tutu material.  The design is a curly-haired girl reading a book outside in a chair under an umbrella.  Machine wash cold and dry flat.  Our sweet model is 4 years old.
