Kelly Rodholm will lead 8 participants in a hands-on Italian cooking class. For your "Cucina Italiano," you will make a typical Tuscan crostini, bruschetta, Liguian focaccia, fresh pasta, tagliatelle with porcini mushroom sauce and tiramisu. Enjoy these fruits of your labor along with Italian red and white wines.  Mange bene!

Kelly Rodholm and her husband Peter, moved to Washington Park in Denver in 20122 after 15 years in London, England.  Most recently, Kelly taught cooking classes and ran a B & B in their London home.  For 12 years, Kelly headed the American Women of Surrey hiking group, a weekly venture into the British countryside, always ending at a local pub for lunch.  In addition, Kelly leads hiking trips in England, France, Italy and Norway.  Kelly and Peter have two adult sons.
