Around the World Wine Tasting with Paolo Bonetti, President of Organic Vintners, a Boulder-based wine import company working with artisanal winemakers from renowned wine regions. Paolo has spent many years building recognition of organic wines and is recognized as an international expert of organic wines.

The winner can host an evening for twelve, with a wine tasting conducted by Paolo.  Start with a sparkling Cava or Prosecco, on to Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, and Chardonnay, then six reds such as popular Cabernet or Malbec, or more obscure varietals such as Carmenere, finishing with either a high end red wine such as a Barolo, or a 2005 vintage Grand Cru from St-Emilion. Lastly, finish with a Tawny Port.  This promises to be a fun two hours of organic wine education and tasting!
