You are bidding on recycled fir floor, donated and installed by Scott Hickey, licensed flooring contractor, in your 40 sq ft bathroom or laundry room.
- The baseboards will be removed and either re-installed or regular new 3" baseboards will be installed.
- No subfloor repair or plumbing included.
- Flooring to go over existing floor, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Installed flooring value $800.00.
- Includes flooring, baseboards, and installation. Any extras are at the expense of the winning bidder.
Special Instructions
Expires: March 24, 2013. Installation to take place in Sonoma County.
Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or it can be mailed at the winning bidder's expense. Certificate will be mailed via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
For planning, note that the pick up days are Thursday, March 29, 2012 and Saturday, March 31, 2012. All information and details about pick up dates, times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
