This tour is available from June through December 2012. Combined passenger weight limit is not to exceed 300 lbs per seat and 800 lbs total for all passengers. Winning bidder will be provided with a certificate that includes all contact information. Certificate has no cash value. Tour times are subject to change without notice. For your safety and enjoyment, helicopter tours occasionally are delayed, rescheduled, and/or canceled due to bad weather. Tour is available only when schedule permits. SkyTime recommends that you book your helicopter tour early so that you have time to reschedule if necessary. The certificate must be surrendered at time of use. Certificate void if altered and must be used by the named person. Nontransferable. Nonrefundable. Tours have a 24 hour cancellation policy. SkyTime Helicopter Tours makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or any other violation of rights. Pilot has the right to refuse service.

Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or it can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.

For planning, note that the pick up days are Thursday, March 29, 2012 and Saturday, March 31, 2012. All information and details about pick up dates, times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
