Meditation & Breathing Workshop - The knowledge of life-energy, PranaVidya includes the trinity of breathing sequences (pranayama), concentration techniques (dharana), and meditation (dhyana).  This trinity practice is by the nature of its origin, deeply meditative and transformative.

Presented systematically, these practices develop better health, mental clarity and inner peace. The breathing practices build the muscles of the abdomen and pelvis, strengthen internal organs and increase the flow of prana. The concentration and meditation techniques will deepen inner focus and awareness and will help you feel relaxed and quiet during and at the end of class.

Kashi Ananda is the owner/director of Devi Yoga Center. She has over 19 years experience in teaching group classes, private and semi-private sessions, corporate classes, children, teens, monthly workshops, retreats and teacher training.

Kashi's lifelong  exploration of movement, breath and spirit has strongly influenced her teaching style. She has been a professional modern dancer, choreographer, and teacher. She performed and toured with Poppo & the GoGo Boys in NYC and Group Motion Dance Theatre in Philadelphia among others.
