You are bidding on 2 lessons @ $60.00/lesson with strings teacher extraordinaire, Eddie Guthman. Eddie is a multi-instrumentalist playing guitar, cello, mandolin, violin, piano, drums and cittern, with the bulk of his professional career focusing on acoustic and electric bass.
Highlights include: Performing jazz-folk music with many great musicians such as Joe Pass, Jimmy Smith, Red Holloway, Frank Butler, Kenny Dixon, and Roger Kellerway. Touring the United States with several groups including Belair, Crystal Wind and Acoustic Medicine. He has performed classical music in the past with the Napa and Ventura Symphonies and currently with the American Philharmonic Sonoma County. He has conducted the Trento, Italy Waldorf School Orchestra Norway in June of 2004; The Analy High School Orchestra in their production of the Broadway musical Beauty and the Beast in 2009; the Summerfield High School Orchestra in the Broadway musical production of The Most Happy Fella in 2010; and is currently conducting the Analy High Orchestra for the musical Camelot, opening April 1st, 2011.
He has several recordings and has written music for television as well. His newest CD is called Tower in the Mist and features cittern, mandolin, and bass and is available on Amazon.com. Eddie has a B.A. in music and a Masters in Education from Sonoma State University. For his Masters thesis, he wrote a college curriculum for teaching American history and culture with American music as the main vehicle.

Lessons are 45 minutes long and will take place in Sebastopol. Expires June 30, 2012.

Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or it can be mailed at the winning bidder's expense. Certificate will be mailed via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
For planning, note that the pick up days are Thursday, March 29, 2012 and Saturday, March 31, 2012. All information and details about pick up dates, times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
