Join Rat’s Executive Chef Shane Cash and his culinary team for the third season of cooking classes at Grounds for Sculpture's Rat’s Restaurant.  Learn how to prepare a four-course meal inspired by ingredients from sustainable sources and local growers.  Each menu will contain four courses with one week devoted to each course being prepared. In addition, Rat’s resident wine expert, Alan Hallmark, will present wine pairings and tastings to help you select the perfect wine for your dinner.
