Description

Produced by the Danbury Mint after the 1997 death of Princess Diana, this is a cold-cast porcelain authentically detailed architectural replica of the 300-year old mansion that was the birthplace of Queen Victoria, the residence of Princess Diana and is now the royal residence of Prince William and his recent bride, Kate Middleton.  Visible details include the individual bricks of the palace's south end designed by Christopher Wren, the wrought iron and gold front gate recreated in brass filigree.  The model is mounted on an attractive hardwood base and measures about 9 by 11 inches.  The model is in excellent condition.
