Carmen seduces Don Jose away from his faithful love Micaela and draws him into a life of crime, only to abandon him for the bullfighter Escamillo in this dramatic semi-staged production of Bizet’s classic opera. Rising stars from the Minnesota Opera’s Young Artist Program play the lead roles. Sung in French with English titles broadcast above the stage.
This package includes 8 Tickets to the Mankato Symphony Orchestra’s production of George Bizet’s Carmen on Sunday, February 19 at 3 pm. The performance will be held in the Mankato West Auditorium.
